Bay Colony TT Club (New England)

SMALL BUT MIGHTY. Established in the late 60's, and originally named the Tibetan Terrier Club of New England, we are one of the two AKC licensed Tibetan Terrier Clubs. We are very fortunate to have had Alice Smith at our helm as President for many years along with many dedicated working members, some of whom you may have already had the opportunity to meet.

BCTTC became an AKC licensed Club in 1995. We worked with TTCA to have week-long TTCA specialties in 1996, 2003, 2010, 2015 and 2019. We hold our own BCTTC specialty show yearly at the beginning of June, in conjunction with Ladies Dog Club in Wrentham, MA.

BCTTC holds a TT Jamboree yearly in MA and also as an event at the TTCA National yearly. In addition, we support a fun group of TT owners who enjoy play dates, hikes and other events.

We hope you will plan a visit with us in New England soon.

Rocky Mountain Tibetan Terrier Club

Membership is open to all who own or have an interest in the breed.  The two major annual events are a "fun day" with dogs held in a large fenced area with agility equipment and other activities for the dogs. Owners partake of a barbecue and pot luck lunch. Members also bring items for a raffle which is the club's main fundraiser of the year. The other event is a Holiday Lunch Party without dogs with activities such as a "Silliest TT" photo contest and an update on issues of interest to Tibetan Terrier owners.

Meetings are held during show season at which time plans for future activities are discussed along with fund raising. In addition to raising funds for the Regionals and National Specialty, the Club raises money for Tibetan Terrier health. It currently contributes excess funds to the Tibetan Terrier Health and Welfare Foundation. Club members also get together at the various All-Breed Shows in the region.
