Sweepstakes
Mrs. Margaret Pankiewicz
I have been involved with Tibetan Terriers since 1979 when I received Ch Ka-Ba’s Zim-Zag aka “Bunty” as an anniversary gift from my husband Ron. We began showing her along with our Old English Sheepdog and, as they say, “we were hooked”.
We kept our breeding program small, but together, we produced Best in Show, Best in Specialty, Best in Sweepstakes, Grand Futurity, Winners, and over 150 Tibetan Terrier Champions.
I’ve been an active member of the Tibetan Terrier Club of America, serving on various committees and elected offices.
I’ve written articles for the AKC Gazette, Showsight Magazine, and several other publications as well as establishing the TTCA Judges Mentoring Program. I have co-authored the Illustrated Guide to the Tibetan Terrier.
I maintain a deep desire for the preservation of type in the Tibetan Terrier, and bring a perspective of many years observing various lines and styles as a breeder, exhibitor, and student of the breed.
I eagerly look forward to this Sweepstakes judging assignment
Junior Showmanship
Mr. Brian Livingston
Mrs. Lynn Meyer
Breeders' Class
Brian Livingston is a highly respected all-breed professional handler with a long-standing reputation in the dog show community. He began his career in Junior Showmanship and, after aging out, became a Juniors judge—earning recognition as the youngest judge appointed at that time.
Raised in a family of professional handlers, Brian brings over thirty years of experience competing in the United States and internationally, including prestigious events such as Crufts and the World Dog Show.
His handling philosophy is simple: let them be dogs. Brian believes success comes from a balance of motivational training, consistent conditioning, precise grooming, polished presentation, and—most importantly—play.
I am a third-generation purebred dog fancier. I have been breeding and exhibiting Tibetan Terriers for 35 years using the Dzine Kennel name.
I have bred and or shown multiple Tibetan Terriers to number one in their breed. I have bred and or shown multiple Best in Show winners, National Specialty winners, Westminster winners, and Top 20 Breed winners
I am the breeder of the top-winning female TTs in both the US (Fancy) and Canada (Brigitte), as well as a Crufts best of breed and as a Utility Group 4 winner. I am honored to judge the Breeders' Class at this year's National Specialty.
I applaud all the dedicated breeders of this wonderful breed.
Futurity
Mrs. Joyce Killinger
I got my first Tibetan Terrier 22 years ago and became enchanted with this unique and versatile breed.
I began showing him in conformation and then we did some performance activities together before I bred my first TT litter after 7 years of involvement with the TTCA and lots of breed and breeder education.
I continue to show my TTs in conformation and have participated in Rally, Fastcat, Scentwork, Trick, Farmdog, Barnhunt and Canine Therapy with seniors.
The Futurity event at the National Specialty is a Breeder Showcase of dogs nominated by breeder members to highlight their breeding program. I joined the Futurity Committee and have been the chairperson for the past 6 years.
Currently I have four TTs that live with us and I am still breeding with the goal of getting as close to the breed standard as possible. I am an accredited breeder with TTCA, and an AKC Breeder of Merit. I am very honored to be the 2026 Futurity Judge at the TTCA National Specialty in Tarrytown, NY.

In 2016, Katrina became an AKC agility judge. Katrina judges throughout the country. Her design philosophy centers around flowing courses that allow the dogs to naturally move around the course. Her designs are strongly influenced by her experiences competing in the 26 inch (later 24C), 16 inch and 8 inch Preferred heights at the same time.
Katrina has trained with Karen Holik at On Course Agility in Brandon, FL for many years and has taken seminars from instructors including Jenny Damm, Mary Ellen Barry, and Annette Alfonso, among others. Her training philosophy is centered upon building connection with your dog, frequent, ample praise, and building speed through confidence. Currently, she lives with her border collies and her beagle Percy, who is preparing for her agility debut this winter
